Job Purpose
To build increased consumer desirability for WG&S brands, optimising sustainable brand value and profitable brand performance through implementation of customer facing brand activation in the Independent Free Trade and with key Route to Market partners.
To support the delivery of the UK On trade sales vision and strategy in alignment with the William Grant & Sons 5YP & UK Business Strategy and Third Party Brand Strategies.
To support delivery of budget performance, within agreed guidelines, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability for the Company whilst balancing brand equity and value.
Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures
Develop and manage customer marketing plans that align to channel activation opportunities and company strategy.
In-depth understanding and application of the most effective customer marketing levers within the Independent Free trade and Route to Market channels.
Deliver channel activation through optimum activities that support both brand and commercial objectives, strategically prioritised by channel segments.
Evaluate effectiveness of all customers marketing activity against pre agreed objectives to drive greater efficiencies and best practice for the company.
Ruthlessly prioritise channel / brand opportunities to ensure resource investment is placed in the most appropriate manner.
Maintain excellent internal cross-functional relationships to optimise delivery of activities and brand planning.
Shape the development of brand plan activities through the provision of customer insight & strategy.
