Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager,  the successful candidate will develop and deliver creative and well-executed global marketing programmes that drive the global ambition for the brand, assist in the development and implementation of the brand strategy for growth with the brand leader and local marketing teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • ·  Assist in the development and implementation of the brand strategy for growth in conjunction with the brand Global Brand Director /Global Marketing Manager/leader and local marketing teams
  • ·  Develop and deliver growth drivers in keeping with the defined brand strategy to positively impact consumer attitudes and behaviours
  • ·    Assist in the building/evolution of brand strategy to ensure competitive advantage and deliver on brand challenges
  • ·    Drive new product development projects, including product packaging
  • ·    Create and implement E-commerce and digital strategies globally to drive sales
  • ·   Work closely with local market teams to review market performance and provide local markets with appropriate insight & content to drive the brand locally
  • ·   Monitor and evaluate competitive activity, both in and out of the category, making key recommendations that keep the brand on its planned value growth trajectory
  • ·  Develop strong stakeholder relationships across regional & local marketing teams, operations & central functions and agency teams to ensure brand ambitions
  • Effective management of marketing budgets to ensure all targets are met 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • ·    International FMCG experience
  • ·    Experience with developing path-to-purchase and visual merchandising
  • ·    Degree equivalent education
  • ·    Experience working in E-Commerce and Digital channels
  • ·    Proven entrepreneurial thinking through real-world experience
  • ·    Solid in-market consumer brands experience
  • ·    A brave creative & strategic thinker, suggesting viable new ideas, concepts and approaches
  • ·    Proved ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment
  • ·    Has a proactive approach with out-of-the-box thinking
  • ·    A confident and engaging presenter
  • ·    Self-motivated to get things done whilst being supportive of others in the team
  • ·    A resilient leader who can operate across different cultures & take those around them on the journey

Desirable:

  • ·    International work experience
  • ·    Experience of working with challenger brands
  • ·    NPD and packaging experience
  • ·    Live and empathise with digital space in particular E-commerce
  • ·   2nd language
