Description

We have a great opportunity for a Direct to Consumer Demand and Supply Planner, with inventory management experience and an understanding of demand planning tools, to join our Customer Relations Team in Bellshill.


You will need to be detail orientated and comfortable with data analysis, in addition to being able to build new processes.

Areas of responsibility will include:

  • Responsible for the operational transformation of this important area of e-commerce, covering all aspects of the DTC supply chain – managing all demand planning and forecasting of direct to consumer across the UK and any other global markets.
  • Ensure stock and inventory is managed in line with demand planning and forecasting, including accurately operating warehouse management systems to maximise quality as they evolve and managing new product introduction in line with Commercial / Marketing requirements and SKU creation rules.
  • Implement processes with the GTS team to manage all global DTC consignment locations, ensuring they are properly set up within the customer stat group.
  • Establish the operational market roll out plan in collaboration with the global e-commerce team – executing and owning ad-hoc operational tasks within this and building them into agreed process flows
  • Ensure the planning, coordination and delivery of all administration processes are managed effectively and in line with financial cycles e.g. timely reconciliation and invoice matching.
  • Identify and execute actions against monthly reporting KPI’s – inbound accuracy, forecasting, inbound SLA’s, courier performance, SLOB inventory, stock reconciliation performance, CS contact rates, and damage rates.
  • Enable the optimisation of the automation of supply chain processes for DTC to ensure that we are operating at optimal cost and service levels – developing a high level of expertise in managing THG operational systems and infrastructure.
